My 2013 Edge LTD 3.5L 6Cyl with 139,666 miles needs:

• a new rear differential carrier
• a new power steering pressure line
• a new power steering pump
• new valve cover gaskets

All in all, that $7,500, which is more than the value of the car.

Would you do it anyway, or would you look for a used car under $20,000? Money is tight right now, and neither option is particularly appealing.
