Raiding factions
Hi
Many of you choose to make money by declaring a war to a faction and then raiding them for high tech loot. As far as I know good target Is blue/green resource zone. How can I tell if im able to take this faction on? I have a ship with 21-27 armed turret slots, 60k shields and around 40k hull. Firepower sits at around 1.6-1.9k
Edit. Also how much cargo space should I have for that? I've got around 4-5k right now
I finally got my first tarantula!
And obviously I immediately bought a second too lmao.
Yesterday I finally took my girlfriend and went to buy a Caribena versicolor. Actually it was my girlfriend that said that she wants one too... so here I am with a versi L2 and Pamphobeteus sp. mascara L3. I wasn't really convinced about the Pampy but the seller just gave him roach around spiders size and it immediately bolted to roach and just mauled it to death. It's viciousness reminded me of my mantises so I just couldn't help myself lol.
I'm glad that these are totally different from each other. Versi is just bolting everywhere whenever something gets close while Pampy just kicks hair and is otherwise unbothered by anything 😆
Caribena versicolor
Hi! I'm about to buy my first spider - im 99% sure it will be said Caribena. I've read a bit about them but im open to tips regarding their safekeeping. I'll probably order stadium L3-L4.
Stuff below will probably look like a gibberish - im sorry xD
I've got a pretty big enclosure meant for a small reptile that I got some time ago with no front glass doors. It's made of some kind of wood with a lot of scalped plaster on the sides and back (i can't send a picture yet since im out of home for few days) - will it be safe for the spider or will it chew right through?
It's around 100x50x40cm height x width x depth if my memory is correct. The ventilation looks pretty solid with 2 big holes on the bottom (5-10cm off the ground with no substrate so i can level the ground up to ventilation point no problem) with metal crate and one big metal rectangle on the top going from left side to right side. Of course im aware that it's too big for a sling, im just curious if I can reuse it for this purpose later when spider grows up.
If the ventilation is enough and enclosure is safe what kind of doors should I mount? Regular or guillotine?
Thanks
EDIT: I have pretty large experience with mantises (ranging from easier ones to Idolomantis diabolica etc) and ants in case it makes a difference in my ability to keep Caribena alive lol
