He purchased this straw cowboy hat at a Flea Market in North Texas a few weeks ago. The only word i can make out is the first one, “April”.
Before buying this home, we got it inspected for Termites, they found traces on the ceiling to the left of this picture right above the furnace. The seller paid for Peat Control to come out, they treated it and we were told they did not see any live termites, just the dust. Here we are three months later redoing out cabinets, and while removing one i found this brown spot behind one. Is this signs of termites ? How can i tell if we need to treat it again, it has only been 3 months. Maybe old nest ???
