Terminated Regal Employee wondering about appeal process
Pretty much exactly as the title says. I was terminated for reasons I will get into with proper trigger warnings, but just know it was following a mental health crisis.
I was suspended on Tuesday and then fully terminated this past Thursday. I sent an email to the appeal email that was in the employee handbook but I’ve also heard there’s no longer an appeals process of any kind. Can anyone confirm? Am I just straight screwed with no way back?
