Confused about sizing and what to try next!

Hello, I’ve tried the calculator and got 36H/HH and these are my measurements:

Loose: 95cm
Snug: 91.5cm
Tight: 88cm
Standing: 117cm
Leaning: 129cm
Lying: 124cm

For reference I’d say I’m FOT, I believe I’m projected but not sure how much and have fairly narrow wires (Andorra seems to be a good wire length) and I have short roots so tall gores are a big no for me. I also do fluctuate throughout the month with size and bloating (PCOS).

I’ve tried lots of bras in multiple sizes (panache envy, Clara, evangeline, Freya offbeat, Fantasie reflect) and most recently found the Panache Andorra fits great but been having issues. I also have the Elomi Morgan in 36HH which again fits great but after a while I get rib pain.

  1. Andorra 36HH
    - band too tight (struggle to fasten it)
    - causes rib pain underneath the breast at the wire (especially when sat)
    - gore lays flat
    - feels comfortable and fits otherwise

  2. Andorra 38H
    - band feels a lot better when sitting and easy to fasten
    - cups feel great
    - gore floats ever so slightly but it feels noticeable

  3. Andorra 38HH
    - band feels little too loose so pain in shoulders
    - cups are way too big

I’ve also tried the 36HH with an extender but when I go to the bigger band size the gore floats again!

I’m super confused about what to try next! I would try a 36J in the Andorra but it seems to be discontinued and sold out everywhere ….

Confused about projection vs shallowness

>!Hello!!<

I have a question about projection! These are my measurements:

Loose: 95cm
Snug: 91.5cm
Tight: 88cm
Standing: 117cm
Leaning: 129cm
Lying: 124cm

The calculator recommended me 36H/HH

I originally started out with the Fantasie reflect bra in a 36HH which wrinkled at the bottom (you could pinch the fabric by the wire) and the person who did my fitting said this was just that specific bra. I went back and had another bra fitting and was giving a 36H in the same bra and this seemed better but then the band seemed to rise up at the back. I then tried a 34HH which seemed to fit great but I still had issues with some wrinkling and it staying in my IMF.

I’ve tried Panache envy and found the wires too firm and uncomfortable in all sizes I’ve tried (most recent 36HH, where the gore wouldn’t lay and I overspilled). My best fit so far is Panache Andorra in a 36HH, it gives me good support with no bottom wrinkling and the gore does lay flat. When I swoop and scoop I have potentially tiny overspill but not noticeable just maybe more than I think is normal? Since wearing it for a few days, I have pain in my ribs, directly underneath the cup wire, so I’ve tried using an extender as the band does feel tight but this just makes the gore float ever so slightly and it feels not as good. My weight does fluctuate and I bloat a far bit during the day (PCOS). I ordered a lot of bras in 36HH recently and struggled to even fasten them without difficulty so I’m not sure if I’ve gained weight in the last month or so.

Just confused as when asking for help I’ve been told I’m projected and the reflect wasn’t deep for me but in the less projected bra (Andorra) I feel better.

Not sure whether I do need more projection or a bigger band / cup!

Please help me find a bra that fits!

Hello, I’ve been having trouble with finding the right bra and last time I used the calculator I came out around a 36G/GG (Uk sizes). My size seems to fluctuate around my cycles and after redoing the calculator today it’s showing 36H/HH. Can anyone help recommend me styles and the best size to try? I’ve added some more info below (don’t feel comfortable posting photos).

Loose: 95cm
Snug: 91.5cm
Tight: 88cm
Standing: 117cm
Leaning: 129cm
Lying: 124cm

I’ve tried a 36H wired balcony bra (M&S) today and it still doesn’t feel right. The middle part of the bra never lies flat, sometimes the straps pull away / gaps at the front and when I scoop and swoop I get a fair bit of breast tissue at the top of the cup (nipple stays inside) but from the side it looks like it is spilling over. I believe I’m full on top, with my nipples pointing downwards. My left breast is slightly bigger and they droop a fair bit. They look like the full on top photo here but with more droop https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8p8pxCDjyb8Fx7RWYJQ7bDO\_gU\_I2EBi2VBQEQ8xfCGBMPuKynzCD5It1-CCZIQ1Uc3od-tbEulbsih-j9aDGrxFQDHG90vfbHLqiTG\_Jw7l7ofioqQUo1TKAhyDzY74DrhuW9rwv9Z3\_/s1600/full+on+top+nipple+placement.png

I used to be a 32E (I’m sure this wasn’t 100% the correct size) and I really liked how balcony bras fitted and have never really liked how “normal” bras fit as I felt covering them up more made me more self conscious about the perkiness but I’ve no idea now I’m bigger! I just want to be comfortable.

Thanks!
