Purchased Btc and was trying to send it to my non-custodial wallet, did couple of transactions went well.

But when I tried to withdraw bigger amount they put on hold for 24 hours, not possible to get through their bot - no success.

It's been already for more than 3 days!! No email received from them, and full lack of transparency what is going on with my funds.

Looks like a fraud, letting you get money in easily but not letting your money out. Totally confused and disappointed 🤨

They spent a lot of money on sponsorship in world Cup and formula1, but are not ready to provide good service. How their business even work???
