So I placed an order with B and H this past weekend. I checked when it would arrive and I realized I had not changed the delivery destination from an old address I had on file. I immediately called customer support and spoke with Chris (the female one if there is more than one). She was fantastic. She advised me that the old order would be returned and that I would get a full refund. She placed a new order for me and even expedited shipping so I would receive the new order tomorrow. No restocking fees. No additional shipping fees, No questions, no guff. Just good old fashioned customer service.
