Did Kiyohiko die and someone replaced them?

Im joking of course but i just read it, and something felt.. off? Like the writing felt like Yotsuba, but it felt like it was trying a bit too hard? Dont get me wrong, i was laughing my head off at the entire hike shenanigans between Yotsuba and Yanda but it just felt.. weird at times.

And then theres the art. It was occasionally , how do i put this , too cartoony or ott for some expressions? It felt like an overenthusiastic assistant was filling in for parts. And there was already a thread on this haha, but.. well Fuukas certainly a growing girl, it was almost offputting. Dont get me wrong shes always had a semi big chest but..

But all of this pales in comparisson to the WEIRDEST thing in 16. THAT - TEACHER.

I know its not exactly an official 100% "crossover" but i was not expecting that, even if it did bring back nice memories.

I enjoyed reading all of it as i always do but again, it just felt.. odd. Oh well. Just hope theres no weird cat in 17 lol

Over the years, many bad or useless perk cards have been changed to useful or niche but theres still some i doubt ANYONE uses (Inb4 contrarian lies). And what could be done with them.

Robotics Expert - Change to a 10/25/50% bonus damage OR ignore armour like Exterminator to Robots. Possibly keep the hack for rp purposes.

Blocker (New) - Revert it back to its old card

Full Charge - Reduce it to 1point

Scoped up/Long shot - Merge these?

Animal Friend/Wasteland Whisperer - Merge, theres 0 reason for these to exist seperately, just have it encompass all tameable mobs

Licensed Plumber - Maybe have it buff dmg/stabilty/mag size etc for pipe guns. At the mo its pointless as Gunsmith exists and pipe repair costs are negligable.

Dead Man Sprinting - Change to large hp regen while sprinting (running away) under 40% hp. Its current use probably doesnt work half the time with speed cap.

Marathoner - Lower it to 1 point max

Secret Agent - Increase stats while cloaked like nocturnal mod/add 25% sneak dmg

Can Do - Double benefits of eating canned goods

Mystery Meat - No idea tbh.

Storm Chaser - Add ap regen to it too

Most Charisma Cards - While not many people even run CHA, a lot of these like feeding teammates/curing diseases are just silly and filler.

Theres a few others i didnt list that are extremely niche, but fill thier niches well if you make a seperate build for them

But some cards really do need looking at, i think they did a good job with almost all the recent cards they did change (except Blocker) but theres still a lot of wasted ones.

It doesnt seem to really buff the actual target at all, it buffs his adds (?) . All the actual hunts ive gone to or started, Cletus, Rider, Becka , they all seem to die the same speed they always did, but thier legendary adds, Boxer, Disgruntled Miner etc, have 5x the hp lol.

This has to be a mistake or bug or something went wrong. Surely its supposed to be the other way round

Floater grenades, especially Gnashers are so slept on. Gnashers drops a 36 second dot that does around 11k with Bombadier on. Now overal the dmg on bosses isnt amazing but its the long lasting debilitation thats the key for proccing certain perk cards or mods.

You can get the plans to make them from Crater for cheap bullion and Floaters are everywhere for the sacs. So i had wondered why ive NEVER at least to my knowlege seen anyone use them.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BETHESDA MAKE GRENADE VATS TARGETTING > OFF < AS THE DEFAULT.

If you throw a flamer or Gnasher at an event , 50% of the time it will blow up in range of you. Unlike regular grenades, Flamers are pretty much instant death and Gnashers tear you to pieces too unless you spam stims like a mofo. Grenade targetting renders them both suicide lol.

On a unrelated note. I made a Bow with explosive 2 star, Explosive arrows, Fracturers, the bouncing effect, grenadiers and demo effect and piercing yesterday too. I took out the ENTIRE group of Schorched at Distant Thunder in one arrow lmao. Such a funny build.
