I posted this in the DOVU Reddit page but was told I should cross post so here you go!

I been seeing a lot of people making comments on the upcoming HashPort news. Moving from Coinbase to the HashPack indeed can be a massive pain.

I want to share this for others to hopefully make it a little more clear.

Two things you must have: Over 18k $DOVU and probably $10-$20 of ETH. I would recommend buying your ETH on MetaMask through the Base network after you move your $DOVU.

Step 1: Download both MetaMask and the HashPack Wallet as extensions to your chrome browser.

Step 2: Make sure you are logged into both your HashPack Wallet and MetaMask Wallet in your extensions.

Step 3: Send your $DOVU to your MetaMask Wallet

Step 4: Buy $10-$20 of $ETH using the base network on MetaMask

Step 5: Go to the HashPort.network Website and click the Bridge Tokens button

Step 7: Link both the MetaMask Wallet and HashPack Wallet (it should make you authorize as well)

Step 7: Choose the the base network and select your $DOVU

Step 8: Start the bridging once everything is linked and wait a bit. You should get a notification after a few minutes to accept the bridging in your MetaMask Wallet.

I hope I didn’t miss anything! This should hopefully resolve your issues. Remember this needs done by May 31st. If you have tried and failed before make sure to clear your cache in Chrome. Best of luck!
