We had a customer drop off a large amount of latex balloons for a pick up later in the week. We charged the customer for the helium, handed them their order slip, and filled the order right on time. The customer is 6 hours late and didn't pick up their order by the end of my shift, nor did they call, email, or contact us in any manner. What happens now? I know we don't issue refunds for filled balloons, but now we're in procession of a bunch of balloons that aren't really ours...

I have access to Sign Solutions and Planograms, as well as any other standard Sales Specialist tools. Unfortunately no one else in my location seems to know where to find the newest version of the planogram (y'know, management and supervisor shinnanegans), and for some reason our new Sales Associate decided that they would take everything off of the display(???)

We have a DM visit soon and I just want to make sure it's set up correctly, with the new Staples Tech mice and keyboards we just received for it.
