What is this very very red bird that I saw today? Location Central Oregon near the coast.

I just moved from an area that mostly had house finches and this guy definitely doesn’t match.

I have a Samsung washer that during a move lost connectors to actually screw on to the wall faucets. It’s got a flexible plastic tube with a smooth plastic tip. Movers handled my appliances so I have zero idea if the parts ended up somewhere and I am assuming they’re gone.

What is the name of the part I need to replace? I’m struggling to find it online.
