What is the point of Gus setting up Nacho as the fall guy?

Looks like it’s the electrical attachment to a trailer (verbiage?!)
Can I just clip it out without any issues? Thank you

Circuit board for rear window 87 4runner isn’t working property. Is it worth cleaning up the soldier? How do I even do that??
