I have this old Seiko which needs some love and care, the movement is way past its prime and servicing it to be nice would cost more than getting a new movement. I was thinking about upgrading the movement to a NH36(which would take some extra effort). What would be the pros and cons of that approach, any alternative solutions?

Im moving apartments and a box broke with my stones inside... Is there any use I can salvage from them? (Shapton 5000 and 8000)

I've been using my opus for a bit over a year now, recently I have to grind really fine with the same light beans to get shots to pull slow enough, does anyone know a fix or what the problem could be?
