In town on Sunday for fiancées birthday, but I'm hoping to catch Barcelona GP while there. Other than the F1 Arcade (I'm not sure she'd accept that as a birthday drinks location) where is best in the centre to watch the race?

Edit: apparently I have to make it abundantly clear that I'm not dragging her to watch F1 on her birthday. She enjoys it, likes to watch it, and is okay watching it while we're out for the day having drinks and food. She just doesn't want to go to the F1 Arcade on her birthday.

So, for example, Ferrari have been granted some ADUOs, but how does this affect Cadillac and Haas? I presume Ferrari will have to provide them the same upgraded PUs/components?
