Download speed fluctuating and then randomly dropping to 0
As the title says whenever I try and download anything the speed goes up and down then cuts to zero for a moment before continuing. I’ve tried clearing download cache and running steam as admin to see if that fixes it. I assume it’s a hardware issue considering my gf’s pc doesn’t do this and keeps a consistent and steady speed throughout an entire download. Wondering if anyone knew the problem or solution?
