Have had CF for nearly 2 years now, been on a home account despite primary use for business which has done me fine for now. Contract is up soon so was looking to switch to a buisness account however every CF provider I've checked whilst showing home accounts all show either not available or offer lower non-symetrical speeds so presumably using another provider.

Checking cityfibre.com for business just gives a form to fill in and they will be in touch (did complete previously and never heard anything).

Why does it seem to be impossible to get a business account?
