I've been looking at a lot of never ecommerce stores recently,and I'm curious what makes people feel comfortable buying from a brand they've never heard of.

For me,the biggest things would probably be:

•Clear product information

•Good product photos/videos

•Reviews or social proof

•Clear shipping and returns information

•A professional mobile experience

But I'm curious what other people look for before making that first purchase.

What is the one thing that makes you trust a new online store?
