Would you go hands on and make an arrest this trespasser if you witness this incident?

This is an old video but according to @uhmmajo on Tik Tok she accused the guard for not doing anything instead, he simply escorted the female off the property and let her go instead of arresting her on the spot for assaulting her 6 year old son and hurling racial slurs.

In your opinion you think Ontario's regulations of the uniforms are kind of dumb?

One of the noteworthy restrictions I've found in the Ontario Private Security Investigative Services Act.

You think the restrictions are ridiculous or understandable?

Rank chevrons

4. (1) The uniform must not have rank chevrons. O. Reg. 362/07, s. 4 (1).

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a uniform worn by a licensee who is an employee of a non-profit organization that was in existence before August 23, 2007. O. Reg. 362/07, s. 4 (2).

Shirt colour

5. If the uniform includes a shirt with a collar, the shirt must not be black or navy blue. O. Reg. 362/07, s. 5.

Trouser stripes

6. The trousers must not have stripes, other than reflective safety stripes, down the side. O. Reg. 362/07, s. 6.

Hats

7. The uniform must not include a police-style forage cap. O. Reg. 362/07, s. 7.

Even though it’s a prank. But suppose if this is a real incident you actually witness of the mom accepting the money in exchange of giving away the baby to the other couple.

Is this scenario considered as “human trafficking or kidnapping” under the legal definition of your jurisdiction's panel code? What is the penalty for this incident?
