My main question:
Do we get removed from projects after certain period of no activity by us on the project?
I got a project around 15 days ago. I started onboarding but didn't finish it. Now it is disappeared from dashboard.
When I see it in project history, it is showing" not enabled in marketplace". It is showing like this only from the beginning.
It came directly on the dashboard without me doing anything in marketplace tab.

Anybody here experienced like the pay rate increased when you gave any skill assessment and passed.
How does pay rate works? Is it differs person to person based on skills they had? ( even though they are irrelevant to the project )
Like a person who had more or more technical skills like java , python etc gets higher pay rate for a project when compared to other person who had less number or technical skills and both belong to same country.
