Does anyone have any advice or what I should expect for a deposition my ex’s divorce attorney requested I attend by Zoom? The divorce was finalized 4/3/25.

The attorney is a slime ball and likes to play dirty since I am pro-se.

Before anyone says “You need an attorney” - Yes, I would love an attorney, but unless you are an attorney and are offering your services at no cost, this is not helpful.

More than anything I am curious if anyone else has experienced this? Or may be able to shed some light on why an attorney would request a party sit for a deposition more than a year after a divorce has been finalized?
