Making something that might go into goblin later for an upcoming game and I have not played much before (and then only strikers).

Invade is easy, in general: Inflict 2 heat and pick an option. But Snow Crash is not an option. So here comes my question:

Does Snow Crash give the enemy the choice of getting the 2 heat from invade or is the 2 heat from Snow Crash in addition to the 2 heat from just generally invading?

I am leaning towards the former, from my reading of the rules, but the talent just seems so lackluster otherwise.
