Looking for a drummer for my project Tungsint. Our first and only release The Drought is avaliable pretty much anywhere for an idea on how it sounds.

We were only 2 people recording that, and that is how i wanna keep it. The drummer has unfortunately lost interest and moved on to other things, so now it is just me. I have gathered some new material and starting to feel the urge to put it together.

Myself is 44yo, and originally started out as a drummer, but i moved on to guitars many years ago. Huge sound nerd, and I build my guitars and signal chain myself.

I write (mostly) instrumental stuff, that according to others fall into some kind off doomish postrock kind of genre, but it varies a lot. Who i work with has a huge impact. I think a lot visually when i write, and it is more of a therapy thing than anything else. I am lazy and unproductive af, but intense when i get going.

I do not care about your age, gender, or where you live. We will do this online, and put this raw material together to a coherent thing. Most of it is written in the wake of my fathers death, and i find it mostly dark for obvious reasons, but it has sparkles of light and hope. Any rights will be shared equally.

​

You have an interest in recording, and an ability to do so. I do not care if you prefer digital or acoustic, but you are willing to put in work to make it sound right.
