Gotta go fast!

Highlights and lowlights:

• Neato shed roof style (I have a special fondness for them)
• Split-level design from the foyer
• Two skylights in the kitchen
• A small bar area adjoining the living/dining room space
• The living/dining room opens to a balcony that overlooks a solarium downstairs
  • Depending on your tastes it might be a great feature, or a misfeature that could be space reclaimed to add e.g. an en suite bathroom for the primary suite
• The primary bedroom has its own fireplace, but no en suite bathroom of its own
  • Instead you have to share a jack-and-jill bathroom
• A sunken conversation lounge, an indoor hot tub, and so much room for activities!
• Speaking of bathrooms, there are only 2 despite having 3-4 bedrooms
