IHG Trifecta: Old ihg select card + ihg one rewards business + new ihg one premier select

BENEFITS

IHG Select(old) $99 AF:
50,000pt FNC
10% point rebate

IHG Rewards Business $200 AF:
50,000pt FNC
4th night free with points
$100 flight credit
$25 food certificate per quarter
15 elite nights per year

IHG One Premier select $350 AF:
60,000pt FNC
4th night free with points(redundant)
$200 flight credit
$75 food certificate per quarter
20 elite nights per year

If my wife and I only fly once or twice a year, and stay in an IHG hotel for 3-10 nights. Is it a good idea to have all three cards with total of $650 AF? I have never gotten 20 elite nights to get a free confirmable suite upgrade. How hard and what are the chances of getting these suite upgrades?

IHG select card(grandfathered in, now $99 AF) versus the new IHG One premier card($150 AF). Which one gives more value?

IHG Select:
$99 AF
10% rebate on using points
50,000pt FNC

VS

IHG One Premier:
$150 AF
50,000pt FNC
$100 credit on flights booked(not sure if I get a second credit w\ ihg business card)
$100 food and bev in ihg hotel($25 per quarter)
4th night free booking with points(already have this with ihg business card)
$10 monthly door dash non food credit
$10 monthly instacart credit

I also have the IHG business card(now w/ $200 AF). I will probably fly with my wife only once or twice a year and usually book 3-6 nights with an IHG brand hotel per year. I am thinking of getting rid of the select card and reapplying for the premier. What do you guys think?
