Is this DE or athlete's foot?
I have DE on my hands and I use either Protopic or clobetasol when it flares up.
A couple of months ago, I had athlete's foot and treated it with Loprox. About a week ago, I thought I had it again (flakes between toes) and I started using some Lamisil.
About three days after starting Lamisil, the tops and sides of my toes broke out in intensely itchy bumps. They get much itchier when I am in the shower, much like the DE on my hands.
Does this look like DE to you? Is it contact dermatitis from the Lamisil? Could it be DE snd athlete's foot?
I don't know how to proceed at this point. Both clobetasol and Protopic will make a fungal infection worse, so I am kind of afraid to use either.
Hoping to see a doctor tomorrow for some advice, but I wanted to see if anyone here has been in a similar situation.
