

Struggling with shoulders and pelvis topology
TL;DR: I can't seem to find the right topology for the pelvis area as I'm trying to make the edge loops follow the outfit's edges (the belt and the "underwear") AND make it good topology for animation. I'm also unsure with the way I modeled the shoulders, worried that it might not be good when it comes to animating them.

I'm trying to model an existing stylized character without using the sculpting tools (aside of the smoothing) and I've been stuck on these two parts for the last few days.
Some of you might have recognized her already but in case you haven't, it's Elastigirl from the Incredibles. I'm trying to model her suit in a way that the edge loops follow the edges of each part of her suit - in my mind, it'll help with the texturing and rigging later down the line AND since I'd like to make her stretch her limbs like in the movies, I think it's a good way to keep the textures from stretching in a strange way depending on the pose but tell me if I'm wrong!
So yeah, the pelvis is really tricky to get right, especially as I'm adding the constraint of following the outfit's contours and for the shoulders, I'm unsure if this is good topology for when I'll have to raise them..
Any help is welcome, it's been days and I can't seem to find a tutorial that can help for my specific case!
