Idk why but the cake does not taste the same. I haven't had it in a couple years and I'm just wondering if its just me or the recipe.

Hello, I am hoping someone has some advice on how to go about getting the proper checks and repairs done on this. There is water leaking through my MIL's closet ceiling. It only happens when it rains, so I don't think it's from the AC.

Apparently it's been happening for a while but I am just now finding out about it. The closet is located in a bump out on the side of the house with it's own rafters separate from the rest of the roof, so I am hoping the damage is minimal.

Should I immediately go to a roofer and see if they can make the repair or should I talk to a GC or remediation company in case something more has to be done?
