Replacing the rocker cover today I found this sludge, the car had been running fine, did some minor maintenance today coil pack, spark plugs and the rocker cover any help is appreciated on this

Hi all, I am out of ideas here I can hear a tick from the engine bay, you can hear it better under the car at the front, I thought it could of been the purge valve but since the video is under and at the back I’m now thinking worn crankshaft pulley?
