Homemade oat milk recipe for hot beverages

Hello, fellow vegans! I'm a newbie transitioning to veganism, but my biggest challenge has been with stopping dairy milk completely 💔 This is solely because of homemade oat milk curdling with hot beverages (tea/coffee) and the high costs of getting a packaged barista oat milk which is 5x higher for 1L. It really breaks my heart how cheap cow's milk is compared to plant milk and how much we devalue a life of a sentient being.

For context, I usually foam milk using espresso machine at high temperature to make fine microfoam for milk based coffee drinks (latte/cortado) which only oat milk with barista version can withstand. I've tried homemade oat milk using cold water however they always turn out slimy and when I boil it becomes like a halwa ;-;

Can anyone please suggest good homemade vegan milk recipes or alternatives that doesn't curdle and goes well with hot beverages? Huge respect to every vegan out there 🌱

**After digging in a bit, I found out that adding a 1 tsp of sunflower lecithin to oat milk as it acts as an oil/emulsifier/stabilizer system used in commercial barista oat milks. (Gonna give this a try, and provide a new update if it helps anyone ^^)
