I spent quite a bit of time the last few weeks renovating my studio. I'm really pleased with the result and love the calm mood it give me.

I'm not entirely dawless to be honest. Although, my Allen&Heath Qu-6 allows multitrack recording to a sdcard, I find it far more easier to record using my iPad with Cubasis. Otherwise I have to import the different tracks into a DAW to create a mixdown.

However, I don't use any virtual instruments, but some effects of the Qu-6. Especially the reverb and delay effects of the Qu-6 are really nice.

After weeks of hard work, my new studio is finally ready. I'm so happy with the result 🙂

I bought myself recently a Qu-6. It's my first digital mixer and I'm loving it so far. However, I have some issues with the strip names.

The last one is always empty - even if I assigned an input to it. Often the last eight strip names are entirely empty, especially after powering up the unit.

Is this a hardware issue or am I too stupid to set it up correctly?

I bought a new stand for my brand new Allen&Heath Qu-6 mixer. I was advised that this stand will be fine, but I think its not big enough. I cannot place it fully on the stand and it's special shape doesn't help. What do you think?
