XP 1.0 brake pads

I have an XP 1.0 and it has the Xtech caliper type A brake pads with the cotter pin on the side. Can I get a recommendation on brake pads for the bike? Not sure if I need semi-metallic, metallic or organic. A link to purchase would be helpful thanks. I don't want to buy from Lectric. Too expensive at 40.00 a pop. Thanks

3D Max versus Progrip?

I have consulted two Surgeons. One uses Robotic and Progrip mesh and one uses 3D Max and non robotic laparoscopic. The latter has more surgeries under his belt but both seem competent. I have read that 3D Max has a lawsuit and that concerns me. Please chime in if you have experience or knowledge on either of these? Thanks

Surgery Concern with coughing

I have bilateral hernia's that are quite painful. I got the hernia's from coughing from a condition of long covid. I am still coughing and lost a lot of weight from this. I am concerned with coughing, sneezing and blowing my nose after surgery. I am concerned I will not be able to get through this with successful results. Any advice? Doctors also please chime in. Thanks

Two Surgeons Opinions. Looking for Advice

I have narrowed my bilateral inguinal surgery down to 2 Surgeons who seem competent. One does a high amount of Hernia's with laparoscopic. He doesn't use a robot because he has become proficient doing non robotic and the robot is only available at the hospital. He says his outcome is the same as robot.

Second surgeon does a lot, but a lesser amount of hernia surgeries and uses the robot. I am looking for an outcome of lesser pain, quicker recovery, less mesh and nerve related issues. Doctors here please chime in also. Thanks

Advice on upgrading to a new XP

I currently have a XP 2,0 which I really enjoy. I do a lot of dirt trails, bumps and sand and the bike handles well. I am 6'4" tall am comfortable. The newest model is the XP4 I believe. The tires appear to be smaller and thinner. Will these be adequate for dirt and bumpy terrain? Thanks

Lap versus Robotic

I have a Surgeon who does both Lap and Robotic. He is steering me toward Lap bilateral inguinal repair. He said the Lap is just as good and has the same recovery and success rate. The same Surgeon did Robotic on a friend and the surgery was a success. Why is he talking me out of Robotic? I assume maybe he doesn't have the equipment available. He does do a heavy load of Hernia's every week. Thanks
