Lightweight e-bike

I’m looking for a lightweight e bike that I can lug up to a second story apt. I will most likely only be going like 3 miles so 6 miles round trip most of the time. It will be my daily commuter does anyone have any recommendations on where to even begin looking? I live in a big city and e bike theft is so real so I want to be able to store it in my apt.

Retail and sales

I’m a new certified optician and recently got a job at Warby Parker. I’m realizing that this is mainly a retail and sales position. From my perspective I wanted to get into the optical field to be able to help people on a more compassionate and educational front. I fully understand that helping people choose glasses is along those lines but it’s just really feeling like mostly a sales position. My question is, is this just because I’m at a larger store chain or is opticianry a bit more sales focused than what I expected?

yoshino akebono cherry tree help

I received a yoshino akebono this year, it’s over 7ft tall and the trunk near the soil is maybe an inch in a half to two inches around. The tree was supported by being bound to a bamboo stick which it quickly out grew and now it doesn’t stand up straight on its own. I’m talking like almost a full 90 degree bend. Is there any way to help this tree become upright before it’s just a lost cause or will it need support for its whole life now?
