I was talking to a lawyer friend last night and she brought up a very good point. Since G is claiming X has traumatized C in her petition and in court that opens the door for Xs attorney to show evidence of G emotionally, physically, and mentally abusing C and neglecting him.

Gs lawyer would never tell her to quit a job or not work somewhere. Injunctions say the other person can’t go within 500 feet of your home, school or place of employment. That means X would not be allowed at the store. I think she got fired or didn’t have a job and this is a money grab.

Or she quit because she was mad she would be live at work.
