I have never had to message my Dr's about my medication or my diagnosis because my MyChart says EVERYTHING I am diagnosed with and all the medications I am on.. Why would you message a Dr to tell them a diagnosis when it says on your mychart EVERYTHING YOU BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH AND WHEN YOU GOT DIAGNOSED..
