I bought and setup a direct 515nm laser diode and I’m pretty disappointed by the dot brightness.
It’s a 10mW diode with a 55mA operating current
I compared it to a cheap 5mW red module I got on Amazon and it well you can see the difference.
I wore an ESD strap and made sure to be careful when soldering.
Does anyone know what’s going on?
Heck they are even on the same power rail after a resistor
I have a photo transistor hooked up to a voltage source and have the output connected to my oscilloscope. When i shine my little green cat laser into it a specific angle, a 10.4kHz wave appears. Does anyone know why this happens? its not a clean wave, it looks pretty jagged. Maybe the green laser flickers rapidly?
My dumbass doesnt have an antenna so I put a long wire (15ft) into the center hole of the SMA and it worked fine.
I unplugged my label maker power adapter from the wall a few feet away and then literally my SDR went from a niec AM radio music station to pure static and i cant fix it.
Did I inadvertantly EMP my sdr ;( ??

I have been filling out my teacher and counselor brag sheets lately. I got these templates from some YouTube but as I filled them out I realized they are just a resume. It has me list my achievements rather than getting to show character through experiences I had in it.
I want to find a brag sheet that doesn’t just list experiences but helps me list anecdotes or my thoughts in a nice structured format that asks the right questions.
