We’ve been looking for the perfect vintage engagement ring for a while and finally found it! I’m a history nerd and would love help sleuthing out more information about it.

The store’s owners (very lovely husband and wife duo) said they believe the ring is from the 1880s. It’s a near-flawless diamond and there is a small shield stamp on the inside with the number 14 in it. Anyone with thoughts or ideas on where to find out more, I’d love to hear! Thanks!
