I have 3 Casio watches in Dubai with a total value of around AED 220, and I need to get them to me in Delhi, India.

A friend of mine in Dubai is currently holding them for me. I’m looking for the cheapest but still safe and reasonably fast way to send them to Delhi. I’ve been looking at Emirates Post, Aramex, DHL, etc., but the shipping charges seem quite high compared to the value of the watches.

Also, if anyone is travelling from Dubai to Delhi/India in the near future and would be willing to carry the watches for me, please let me know. I’d obviously cover any reasonable expenses.

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has shipped watches from Dubai to India before, especially regarding:

• Cheapest shipping option
• Approximate cost
• Customs/duty issues
• How safely to pack them
