To all athletes using reta, what are your most helpful things/advice that you do?

So i started my journey 5 months ago and i go to gym mainly for lifting weights. now that i’ve lost around 20kg i tried playing bball for the first time in a long time. week 1-3 i always got badly cramped legs mainly on calves and gassed out in a very short time. weeks 4 onwards my endurance can keep up but my body can’t still got cramps and also i noticed i’ve always have brain fog during games. any athletes here that would recommend any peps to stack? i’m only using reta as of now and any advices besides stacking other peps would really help.
