Does anyone else get REALLY/somewhat annoyed when you see someone with pleated pants that look really good on them but they've neglected to iron their pants and have the proper line with the pleat/the line in the first place?
I know this sounds absolutely insane, but I think an overcoat/topcoat can be a summer wardrobe staple. I have this acacia/camel coloured Old Navy polyester topcoat that I've started wearing over my white linen button-down short-sleeve and double-pleated khakis and it's kind of an cool look. The other overcoats/topcoats I have also pair quite well with them. I have a grey/ash coloured one also from old navy that could be nice, as well as an black H&M one that's 50% wool that I'll probably reserve for the evening.
Also, just want to provide some context, I am someone who gets cold VERY easily, during the very very mild winter (it pretty much never gets to freezing temps) where I live, I easily will wear 5 or 6 layers.
I've really been on the fence about this, because I absolutely love balmoral boots and I think they look awesome, but they're very formal. Perhaps if I leave them kind of unshined?
Idk I kind of feel like it would solve 99%my problems with how my clothing fits.
I have not seen a single mixture of attire in which white would not be a more suitable pairing than powder blue (at least in formal wear).
Are French cuffs something you can style in your casual clothing rotation, if so, any ideas? I really love French cuffs and cufflinks, but I have a feeling it might be a challenge to have them work well on the everyday.
