Hi,
I opened a Krak-Everyday-Account to participate in Salary Match.

On Thursday, Aug 13, my employer sent my salary to the provided Banking Circle IBAN (Germany). Now on Monday, Aug 18, I still cannot access my salary, it doesn‘t show up in the transactions at all.

The chatbot explained, that I cannot receive any money from accounts that are not in my name. How is that supposed to work, if you also want people to receive their salary on Krak?
Is this true?

Can a mod please check for the transaction? Can provide details, if necessary.
