Weighted belt recommendations

hello im from europe my old gym had a nice belt but my new gym doesn't have one so im planning to buy one for myself pls dont recommend amazon stuff shipping to here is insane, thanks !

Should i change my split

Im wondering if ppl 6 days a week will be better then ppl, upper lower

i have the time to go 6 times a week , thoughts?

split is ulppl ( i also cant decide if i should try upper lower rest upper lower double rest but if i do that i think im gonna have to change a bit to my upper day )

  1. PUSH dips2xfailure pec dec isolated ( 1 hand ) 2x8 incline press2x8 dumbell shoulder press 2x8 lateral raises 2x8 tricep extension ( single arm ) 2x8
  2. PULL pull ups 3x failure wide grip close grip machine row 2x8 kelso shrugs 2x8 incline curls 2x8 hammer curls 2x8 rear delt fly ( one arm ) 2x8
  3. Legs Squat,leg extension,lying leg curls,calf raise machine, abductor, ab crunch , lower back extensions, neck training and forearm training 2x8
  4. Upper DAY back then chest , then shoulders biceps then triceps PULL UPS 2x8 kelso shrugs 2x8 pec deck 2x8 tnf press 2x8 lateral raises2x8 tricep extensions single arm 2x8 Dips 2x failure machine preacher curl
