Does anyone have problems running long distances?

I’ve been running quite recently (couple of months) to improve mileage on 10K to 18K but have a problem. My feet have been extremely cooked these past week ish when it gets to 9-12ks. I don’t know if is just my body is getting used to it, but it seems like getting to the milestones are becoming more difficult. Which I’m worried I might come up with injury. Maybe my body is trying to adapt? Maybe I need to work on taking an easy pace to get to the goals to avoid serious injuries? I’ve been trying to focus on less elevation, so I don’t get hurt. I did a 9k easy run today and kept the pace consistent (6:18km) ran for 56:45. I’m 5,11 73.80kg.
