Upgraded speed via App. Current Hardware incompatible.
Hello Ziply community. I upgraded my speed through the app last night as I was on an old price. Quintuple speed for same price.
Problem is, my ONT is 1gbe RJ-45. I received a "Congratulations" email but no mention of hardware replacement. I don't have a Ziply-provided router as I use my own. Any chance I could just get an ONT sent to me rather than having to drag a tech out? I'm more than comfortable with fiber connections.
