My favourite 6m2

This is my south facing balcony! It's above a parking lot so it gets nice and hot. I started here when I was a student so with a much smaller budget. Slowly I am making nice improvements. I grow tomatoes, onions, garlic, beans, strawberries, cucumbers, radishes, potatoes, peppers and paprikas (not all at the same time, I vary per year). I have some flower pots here and there. Also since my view is pretty "grey" I also don't mind having a pot full of weeds that just appear. My favourite addition has been my parasol and selfmade planter box against the back wall.

I would love to add some sort of rainwater collection system but it's covered by the balcony above so any tips would be appreciated! Also if you have any recommendations of other types of plants I could grow that would be great. ❤️

Ok, 25F, 170cm and 75kg. I've lost weight before after gaining when going off to uni. That was about 10kg, I want to do the same again. I've been fluctuating these past couple years and go through phases of wanting to lose weight or "accepting the way I look". 75kg is the heaviest I've ever been.

I know what I struggle with too. Snacking and emotional eating. I come home from (office job)work and I'm ravenous so I often spoil my dinner with shitty snacks only to have a big dinner too😅. If I'm bored, I eat. I had a nice day? Why not a treat! I had a bad day? Oh I deserve this to make me feel better...

I'm quite active, cycle everyday, gym for weight training 2-3 times a week, sometimes I swim, getting into road cycling a bit and probably pick up rugby again in the fall. I'm definitely happy with my strength and fitness, I just want to lose the fat. So I feel like if I just cut back on the snacks (doesn't help having 190 bf who is trying to bulk 🥲), portions and replace the emotional tendencies with something else I'll see the progress I'm looking for. (I'll be tracking calories and activity like I did when it worked the first time).

I'm mainly posting this here to make it real. I don't want to come back to this in 3 months in the same place. If anyone has advice on how they cut the emotional eating I'd love to hear it!
