I experienced occasional random freezes (both video and audio) when opening apps like Spotify or Prime Video through a browser. After some research, I suspect it might be related to the ACPI.sys driver, as LatencyMon shows that this driver has execution times of 4 ms or more when monitoring system calls. I’ve already checked system integrity—RAM using the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool and disk using sfc /scannow—and both appear to be fine.
