Grateful for my family

It’s been a rough go lately - my husband was diagnosed with cancer and is currently going through chemo, and this week my 4 year old son broke his arm. Two days later, my husband was admitted to the hospital for a fever and we’re still here. We’ve managed to stay positive, focusing on the good and I’m most grateful for my incredible parents, in-laws, and sisters for devoting their weekend to taking care of my 2 kids, and my husband and I. Bringing us food, full care of my kids, sleeping over our house…I’m feeling really lucky and grateful despite the current obstacles.
🫶🏼🙏🏼 hoping we are through this tough season soon, we’ll get through together.

When do you start feeling better?

Day 1 of period? Day 3? For me, it’s usually on day 1 or even the few hours before getting my period that I start to feel lighter and happier. But this cycle, I was still feeling absolutely exhausted and irritable, with headaches up until cycle day 8! Literally um what!! Unrelated to pmdd do you think? When do you feel better?
