I have her limbs pulled down. Ut should I top again

I want massive trees of weed this year and nice large nuggs just wondering if I should just keep tieing it down and letting the center get more or should I defoliate?! Help! I just want a good yield and a moster of a plant

Thinking about putting in ground after they fill the pots with roots.

So ive had success growing full term in these. But also in ground and up potting but what do you guys think
