Is it me or do the opener crews have more of the labor at work and having to deal less with customers, while the closing crews have to deal more with customers and have less of the labor?

Opening a store is just back breaking with unloading the trucks, produce and getting the store ready for customers with only a short time dealing with the public in terms of my total shift.

While closing is dealing with the customers and a hell if a lot less back breaking work. But dealing with John and Jane Q public.

Which do you prefer?
