Time fucking flies when you're high all the time
Time's the most precious thing we have in this world. And if we spend our days stoned too frequently, we're letting it spoil. Days disappear in the fog, nothing really matters, and we feel okay with it. Once you moderate well enough (or quit) and emerge out of that fog, you'll see just how irresponsible this treatment of our most valuable resource is.
I absolutely love weed, but in the past year my use has escalated to periods of smoking even multiple times per day and short breaks due to various factors. I've now spent a month without weed in a long time, smoked again and now am 2 weeks without and am just realising what I was losing and I can't let it go this way again. It feels amazing having a timeline in my head again. How scary I almost forgot what that feels like and nearly accepted the new normal.
I'm just writing this for us all to find more motivation to keep our use in check. So we can create and cherish the memories of this one chance to experience life. And some of those memories can be getting high, but we absolutely have to keep it at bay, or else we lose the plot.
