Look at these sad purple sweet potatoes. I'm suppose to make a mash with those. Here's a screenshot of dish cause they also didn't give me a recipe card.

Every time I switch a veg out they still give me the original veg. I'm sure it's bc everything is pre-packaged but doesn't seem like a very good business model. Guarenteed extra veg every time....if you are into that sort of thing!

I like this dish bc it's one pan, but I really think a poblano would work so much better than a green pepper. Any thoughts?
